Places of Interest

This part of the Norfolk coast is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and is renowned for its miles of wide sandy beaches, marshes and bird watching.  There are also excellent sailing, golf, horse-riding and walking facilities in the area.  The coast is readily accessible by the regular Coasthopper bus service, and you get views you just can’t see from the car.

Holkham Hall is just one of several historic houses: There is Houghton Hall, Felbrigg, Blickling and of course Sandringham just 20 miles away.  Inland there are villages and a variety of small towns.
